ClaimLift AI ("we", "us") helps roofing contractors recover missed insurance supplement revenue. This policy explains, in plain English, what data we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, company name, password.
- Claim data you upload: insurance estimates, roof photos, measurement reports, notes, carrier name, state.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, basic device info.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To analyze your claims and find missed line items.
- To generate your supplement packets and keep your pipeline up to date.
- To send you account, billing, and claim status notifications.
- To improve our product and detect abuse.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers we need to run the service:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
- AI providers — to analyze your documents and photos.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with insurance carriers, adjusters, or competitors.
Your data, your control
- You can delete any claim from your dashboard at any time.
- You can request full account and data deletion by emailing us.
- You can export your data on request.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Only you can see your claims, and our database enforces this with row-level security.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Children
ClaimLift AI is for businesses. It's not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, email you.
