Refund Policy

We keep this simple: all sales are final and non-refundable.You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges.

ClaimLift Pro subscription ($199/month)

  • Billed monthly in advance.
  • No prorated refunds for partial months.
  • When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, then it stops.
  • Cancel anytime from the Billing page → Manage subscription.

Success fees (5% of approved claims)

  • You only pay this when you choose to — after a claim is approved and you click "Pay 5% success fee."
  • Once paid, success fees are non-refundable.
  • You're never required to pay a success fee to keep using the product. If you don't want to pay, don't click the button.

Why no refunds?

ClaimLift AI is software you use on demand. The work — analyzing your documents, finding missed line items, generating packets — is done the moment you use it. We can't take that back, so we don't refund it.

Cancellation is the refund. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge — billed twice for the same period because of a technical error.
  • Unauthorized charge — someone else used your card without permission and we can verify it.
  • Service unusable — a confirmed outage on our side that prevented you from using the product for an extended period.

Where the law in your state or country requires a refund (for example, certain consumer protection statutes), that law applies and overrides anything in this policy.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues we can fix in a few minutes. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being closed.

Email support@claimliftai.com with your account email and the charge date. We'll respond within 5 business days.
