Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ClaimLift AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What we do

ClaimLift AI is a software tool that analyzes insurance estimates, photos, and measurement reports to help roofing contractors identify line items that may have been missed. We generate supplement packets you can submit to insurance carriers.

We are not a public adjuster, attorney, or insurance company.We don't negotiate with carriers on your behalf, and our output is a suggestion — you decide what to submit.

Your account

• You must be 18+ and authorized to act on behalf of your business.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't share logins.

Pricing

• ClaimLift Pro: $199/month, billed monthly until you cancel.
• Success fee: 5% of the approved amount, charged when you mark a claim approved and pay the fee.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use ClaimLift AI to:

• Submit false or fraudulent insurance claims.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
• Break the law or anyone else's rights.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, and we may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited license to process it so we can run the service for you.

No guarantees on outcomes

We can't promise a carrier will approve any specific supplement, or any specific dollar amount. Results depend on the claim, the carrier, the adjuster, your documentation, and a lot of other things outside our control. Numbers shown in the app (like "money found") are estimates, not promises.

Service availability

We aim to keep ClaimLift AI running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service offline for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ClaimLift AI is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from Billing. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
